INTRODUCTION:

Logitech G332

Everything in this headset is pretty good and this is enough for this price range. The design, comfort is also nice. The sound and performance is also good but the sound is not the best but it’s good for this price.  

Logitech G230

The overall sound and the sound of mic is good and it’s more worth the price. The design of the headset is also nice and looking almost same as the Logitech G322. The comfort is also pretty good for the price. 

DESIGN:

Logitech G332

It’s very normal design which is exactly the same as the G231 prodigy. It looks solid headset with a gaming headset look. It has the normal headset design like all the Logitech G series, nothing very special. But, it’s nice designed with a black and little bit of red color.

Logitech G230

This headset is a stereo gaming headset. So, I personally think this headset is one of the best-looking gaming headsets on the market especially with its nice red accents. It just looks absolutely stunning.

The cool thing is with headset as well as obviously it does rotate so you can actually lay this down on the desk with the ear cups facing down. Another cool thing is as well even for such a low price gaming headset, you can also remove the actual ear pads for cleaning also for an alternative.

COMFORT:

Logitech G332

Comparing them to G prodigy 231, these ones have a leather wrapped finish on the ear cups and they’re completely black and they have kind of red finish on the leatherette part at the end.

The sports mesh ear pads are on the inside of it. It has a swivel ear cup like every single one of the headset and there’s nothing really extra to it.

Logitech G230

The headset has great movement and adjustability. The ear cups do fold round but also as well as this obviously do kind of fold the other way a little bit as well, just to give some nice vertical movement and horizontal movement in the ear cups. You also got some great adjustability on the headband on both sides to make sure it’ll fit people with bigger heads. Overall, the headset is very comfortable and also very light.

The ear cups aren’t too soft, so they really do in close your ears really nicely.

FEATURES:

Logitech G332

They look really impressive. I really like the retractable ones. These headsets are wired. This is the advancement model of the G231 prodigy model. Now taking into consideration that you can connect, these headsets can connect to PC, ps4, switch, Xbox one with the 3.5 millimeter jack. It has something about special feature. So, it has 50 millimeter audio drivers, breathable sports mesh ear pads.

It has a nice microphone that you can retract up and down plus turning it on and off and on the left ear cup, you have the volume up and down. So, there’s nothing too much to explain with these headsets. You have the extender for your PC, so you can connect separate microphone and separate a headphone for the computer to diversity sound. Now, this is very easy to connect just the plug and play headset. The strange thing is it doesn’t have any outer control on the wires. So, it’s kind of just volume up and down on the volume knob on the left ear cup and microphone on and off by moving it up or down.

Logitech G230

The headset does come attached to a long thin braided cable but the really cool thing is with this is really light and thin. So, it doesn’t tangle very easily. Obviously, this is attached to the inline control which obviously allows you to change the general volume of the headset and also, it has a mute switch built-in.

The only real down fall I have for this headset, obviously is a low price headset is actually very delicate. They probably would break quite easily. If you’re someone that didn’t really take any care, this is the kind of heads that you would break because obviously the joints are pretty flimsy because it is a really lightweight headset but overall the headset is super comfortable when it’s on your head.

MICROPHONE:

Logitech G332

The thing they mentioned about the microphone from the G231 is that it’s upgraded. It has the much clearer voice and everything like that. It actually does sound really nice which I’m not surprised. I mean, since it’s entry-level to replace G231 prodigy, this is actually a really nice piece of headset and you can connect it to only your consoles as well.

Logitech G230

The microphone bends down from the left ear cup of the headset and the cool thing is with this microphone it does Bend and adjust nice and easy. So, you can put it to kind of whichever direction you wish and it will stay there for a long period of time.

The microphone is perfectly good enough for essentially what is a 30 to 40 pound headset, you can’t really find better for that price but overall I’m very impressed with the product.

SOUND:

Logitech G332

The sound of this headset is good. The mid range frequencies are little bit of pushed form and you will get that explosive punch sound which you only listen from the high end headsets. The high ends are little bit of tinny and thin. 

The sound stage is natural and you enjoy that more. This headset does the job done by not leaking out lots of noise. It will block the outer noise also very well. For listening music the mid range works well. Surprisingly, it works well with almost all the genres. 

Logitech G230

The actual frequency range of the headset is 100 Hertz to 20 kilohertz and if you are listening to different kind of frequencies of music, you will need to break these in to get the full performance. So obviously, some kind of high-pitched music or obviously something like heavy metal will break these in really nicely and over time you’ll see them get better and better.

As far as gaming in music overall, the sound is very good. For a budget headset, there’s not much that could compete with these for their price. So, these are an ideal thing for if you are looking to spend 30 or 40 pounds. I’ve also been using these to listen to a bit of EDM, I’ve got a been really impressed with their overall general quality of music playback. I really do like Logitech gaming headsets.

It produces perfectly good gaming and music sound on all different frequencies and different types of music and gaming sound in general.

CONCLUSION:

Logitech G332

In money-wise and performance and what you’re getting, this is something low budget cost but really a nice piece of equipment to to add to your practically setup or peripherals.

If you are looking for something that is in the lower price range, I would definitely suggest this one because microphone is perfect. It does have a certain way of picking noises from the outside but that isn’t that much, so it’s not a big problem. The ear cups are really nice, it really sits on your head perfectly and you get well a nice headset as well.

Logitech G230

This headset is actually really good. The gaming sound and the music sound all totally adequate and probably performing a little bit better than their actual price of this headset. I think it’s a great performer for the price. It’s a great budget gaming headset.
