The Logitech G432 Gaming Headset owes a lot to its predecessor, the G430, especially in the looks department. Because of that they feel a little dated. They make up for it in their sound quality though, at least through USB where they rival headsets twice their price. Some of that quality is compromised when the USB soundcard is removed, but they still provide an enjoyable experience on consoles.

The most important aspect about the Logitech G432 is the sound, and for the price, it really can’t be beat in terms of sound quality and options. This headset contains all the technology of a $160 headset for half the price. Fantastic theater-like quality that includes the option for 7.1 Surround Sound and DTS Headphone:X 2.0 is a steal for the price.

INTRODUCTION:

Logitech G432

The design looks simple and the comfort is also good enough. You can also set your equalizer and sound of the mic and headset by using G Hub software.

Logitech G433

In this, the design and the foamy outer finish looks something unique. The sound is also good both in headset and mic. The mic and the cable both are detachable.

DESIGN:

Logitech G432

The headset design is good enough. It used pleather ear cups instead of foam. The plastic matte finish with the black looks simple and pretty. Also, there’s flexible boom mic on the headset which is non removable.

Logitech G433

It designed with fully of only one color with the foamy outer finish to the headset. The headset also available on different colors which black, red, blue. It also looks cool and you can use it as a normal headphones as well for the gaming.

COMFORT:

Logitech G432

It has leatherette ear cups, leatherette headband to make it softer for your head when you use it. It is comfortable enough but the pleather ear cups get hot sometimes. After a long sessions of gaming or wearing it, the pleather ear cups get hot. Otherwise, it feels comfortable.

Logitech G433

For me, the weird thing about this headset is that it feels relatively cheap. The material is a fiber material that they’re using for this. Material pattern is decent enough although it does feel a little bit cheap in the hands and the overall build quality does feel decent enough but I doesn’t feel like the most robust and the most high-quality feeling.

The overall actual comfort level on the head is pretty decent. They do have fairly tight clamping force but otherwise it is still nice enough. I don’t think it have any problem with long gaming sessions but just keep that in mind if you don’t like these sort of tight clamping force this might not quite be for you.

FEATURES:

Logitech G432

It goes on PC, ps4, switch, Xbox one because it has 3.5 millimeter jack. This is also something to advance the prodigy series as well as the past headsets. Now, we have also the USB jack as well. It has the same microphone so on and off with moving it up and down and also it has the same volume knob as the G332 had.

Logitech G433

It’s an impressive sort of budget gaming headset with an included microphone as well as a removable cable. So, you can actually use this as a on-the-go mobiles of over at your headsets which actually especially for its styling and aesthetics with a sort of fabric outlining. It means that it’s actually quite possible unlike some of the other headsets that are rather bulky and very gamer where as you can also obviously use this connected to your PC via the USB adapter and can use it as your prime gaming headset.

You obviously get a removable cable. There’s actually two removable cables, one is the mobile removable cable so it’s the more sort of that rubber but still fairly nice and has an included microphone built into the the cable itself as well as a microphone mute button as well. Then, you get the braided cable which is meant for your more home use connecting to your gaming system and that one is braided. It doesn’t have a microphone built in, you’re expected to use the removable boom arm microphone and otherwise does also have a control box in it for the microphone mutes and overall volume as well.

There are other adapters in the box including a USB to 4-pole adapter which actually pretty nice works very well and works well with your a PC or I believe also works on console as well. Also, you get a 4-pole to dual three port adapter. So, if you do want to use this with a laptop something like that and you don’t want to use one of your USB ports, you just want to use the standard 3.5 mm headphone jacks then you can do that.

MICROPHONE:

Logitech G432

Also, it has the same microphone. It does have a different sound when doing the recording but that is most likely because I changed the microphone to G432 and the speaker to G432. By testing out the microphone by 3.5mm jack, I don’t hear myself directly into the ear cups which is probably because the USB is transferring this sound directly to the ear cup since I placed it over the computer. It has the USB which has a bit louder volume on the microphone and it does sound better even than the G332 and that is almost the same because it’s connected with the 3.5 millimeter. So, the G432 and the G332 sound basically the same when connected with D 3.5 millimeter jack.

The 7.1 surround sound does make a nice differentiation in the sound. So, you notice it has more clarity. I mean, you hear the microphone over USB and over the 3.5 millimeter jack and you can conclude by yourself everything there is to it.

Logitech G433

I tried to record through OBS with the USB adapter with the microphones and it was completely inaudible, there was a horrific of that interpolation with the audio going on that just completely broke it. Then, when I recorded separately to my phone with the inline microphone because both of those are four pole adapters. So, this will work fine on my phone and the recordings on the phone working perfectly.

All of the pass-through audio is based on the USB adapter. If you are recording to your phone and not using the USB adapter or even if you just connect it to your PC through the standard headphone jack you will not get any audio pass-through back to your headset, it’s that something that only the USB adapter does.

SOUND:

Logitech G432

It has the DTS headphone X 7.1 will troll surround sound and you also get everything the same as the G332 except for the USB. So, just connect the USB to the 3.5 millimeter jack. Basically, they’re saying that these ear cups are made for fortnight PUBG and all these similar games in well competitive gaming. This is a bit advanced model, so it’s definitely going to be a bit more pricier than G332.

The sound is good in this headset. The sound wasn’t that loud on a PC when compared to the USB. Also, the bass and treble is well balanced. The sound in Nintendo switch is just fine. For music, if you are willing to tweak the options in the PC, the performance will be impressive. Otherwise, the music performance is fine.

Logitech G433

If you’re using the USB adapter, this does allow for 7.1 audio which is quite cool. I generally tend to just leave it on the standard stereo option but it’s an option if you want it.

The actual sound quality is actually pretty decent. I was surprised that’s how well these performed both in music, video and film watching and in gaming as well. So, I think if you’re planning on picking these up as a sort of multi-purpose mobile device headphones as well as your gaming system at home headphones, I think this is actually a pretty decent and that nice kind of flexibility. They do look to be open back design, they do actually appear to be a closed back design So, you probably won’t be disturbing to many people on the train if you do need to use these.

CONCLUSION:

Logitech G432

This is going to be a bit pricier model just because of the 7.1 virtual surround sound but it definitely sounds much better the USB then it is on the 3.5 millimeter jack. The design and comfort is also like all the Logitech headset.

Logitech G433

Potentially, there are pretty decent headset obviously. There’s a lot of flexibility at where you can use them for whether it’s with your mobile device or whether it’s with your PC or your console. If you are planning on using this just as a gaming headset anyway, they do have the removable boom arm microphone, you also have overall pretty decent sound quality, the removable cable is also quite nice.

Overall, I think the only thing that I would really kind of mark this down for is the overall cheap feel of the headset, it’s certainly not a premium kind of feeling headset when you hold at your hands. It’s certainly very light which is nice for how long it’s on your head but the overall material feel just doesn’t feel that great .
