The comparison here is between the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom and the JBL Clip 3. These are the best waterproof speakers available on Amazon and the best sounding also. Both of these speakers have a big battery for long playtime. Both of this speaker has a different price point the JBL Clip 3 can be found for about 40 dollars and the UE Wonderboom can be found for about 60 dollars currently on Amazon. So, both have a different price tag, both sound good, have good battery life, and have good features.
The UE Wonderboom is a 16-watt speaker, and this doesn’t have a speakerphone for taking calls while the JBL Clip 3 has a 3.7-watt speaker and it does have a built-in speakerphone. Another difference between them is the UE Wonderboom and the JBL Clip 3 is Clip 3 has 3.5-millimeter output while the Wonderboom doesn’t have that.
Both of these speakers feature IPX7 dust and water-resistant and both of these speakers have 10 hours’ worth of playtime and use a micro USB for charging. Design-wise the JBL Clip 3 is better than the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom in my opinion. But soundwise the Wonderboom sounds a lot better than Clip 3. The sound stage is a lot better than Clip 3 and also the bass is really good enough in the Wonderboom than Clip 3.

VERDICT
In my opinion, both of these speakers are worth buying for the price. Both of these speakers have the same battery life and are the same IPX7 dust and water-resistant. These also use the same micro USB for charging. The difference is in their sound quality. For the price, both of these speakers sound really good. The Wonderboom has 16 watts for its higher price than Clip 3 and Clip 3 has 3.7 watts for its lower price, so the Wonderboom sounds better than Clip 3 but still, Clip 3 sounds good for its price range.
